Difficult transitions that we do not take the time to process can lead to stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and Mindfulness are just a few of the therapeutic approaches used in doing therapy with our clients.
